Murphy Brown said Great Pictures, Great Book. I got this book to help supplement an illustration college class I had. If you're interested in some of the history and notable artworks of influential American illustrators this is your book. It's a fascinating read and definitely a book you can proudly display on a coffee table. If you're an aspiring illustrator I definitely recommend this book. If you're someone who appreciates illustration I also recommend this book. If you hate art, you probably won't enjoy it. Excellent Reference~ Excellent Reference for Illustrators, art students, or painters. You'll love this book if you like J.C. Leyendecker, Howard Pyle, Norman Rockwell, N.C. Wyeth, Maxfield Parrish and other great American illustrator. This huge book is filled with drawing and color illustrations.
