"Loved the Hibbard Bernini book!" according to Stephen Vinson. This book was a gift for my wife and she absolutely loved the detail. She is a Bernini buff and was happily surprised by the amount of information in this book. We are using it to plan a tour in Rome of as many Bernini works as we can fit in and it is an enormous help with this. I can highly recommend it.. Hibbard is a master sculpture historian: Hibbard is one of the world's most respected and informed historians of sculpture. And he's a good writer too. That sums up my review.
