Poor Book on a great musician Armin Opitz Because John mellencamp is one of my favorite singers i was really looking forward to having at last a detailed biography written about him.How dissapointed i was by this thin, badly written joke of a book.The author seems to have read the career synopsis at "All music guide,com", listened to three and a half Mellencamp songs and fleshed the rest of the pages out with monotonous rambling on every cliche one can think of("Mellencamp is a rebel", "Stubborn", "heartland rocker"oh dear!).
