Bob Dylan is more than a great musician and songwriter -- he is a part of our cultural fabric, the poet laureate of a generation. Many of the eighty photographs featured have never before been published and portray a young Dylan at the start of his career in the 1960s. It is with great pleasure that we present rare visual footage of one of the most compelling artists of this century.Early Dylan features the work of Barry Feinstein, Daniel Kramer, and Jim Marshall, three master photographers who were there from the beginning and were given unique access to Bob Dylan and his private life. Since the early sixties, Bob Dylan has been in the national spotlight, and this book will satisfy both his older generation of fans and his many new devotees.. In the extended caption section following the portfolio, each photographer reveals details of his experiences with the young artist on the brink of huge celebrity
