I love when musicians open up honestly about their lives and Jessica I love when musicians open up honestly about their lives and Fieldy doesn't hold anything back. Most of the book makes him look terrible to the reader but he will acknowledge that he wasn't a good person at this time. It's interesting because all the drinking and drugs weren't as obvious to the fans during this time so it's somewhat shocking to go back on this journey with him. The most interesting aspect of the book though, I felt, is how obvious it is that your relationship with your parents and your childhood really does influence what kind of person you are as you grow up.. Great read up until close to the end of the Jmetal86 A look into the life of Fieldy. He reveals struggles with drugs,alcohol and physical abuse. Great read up until close to the end of the book when he gets preachy after finding god.. Four Stars Phil Penu Got way too preachy the last quarter of the book
