"Just a wonderful book for anyone interested in Hollywood or the industry around it." according to JB Vick. First off, very few of the people in this book are alive. But the book does a great job of capturing a time when the profits flowed freely, America had a moral compass and going to the movies was the #1 form of entertainment.The book has great detail of all the movies made by MGMwhat they cost, what the stars made, where they were shot and who the directors.
