Loved it- well written and beautiful vibrant images of her work. A beautiful book on the life of Maud Lewis. You will be introduced to Mauds life from birth through death. You will learn about her little painted house, her cats and that pitiful man she married plus much more. I appreciated all the full page colorf photos of her paintings. As a collector of art books , this is one of my favorites rearding folk art.. "Beautiful" according to Pat. A beautiful and inspiring book filled with Maude's artwork, her love of painting and her use of color.it was amazing how little she had ad yet, saw such beauty!.
