A good read This is a very good book by a man who was a musician as well as an employee of Fender. Co-written with Willie T Mosley, the flow of the narrative is never disjointed or distracting. As with any "as told by" books, it focuses on Mr Carson's own experience, but since he was with Fender for so many years, his experience covered a lot of ground.His portraits (both verbal and photographic) of the company, employees and events paint a picture of how a small entrepreneurial outfit grew from rad.
