Where is the Kindle edition? I saw this book featured in a Cat Fancy magazine ar the vet's office today and thought I would order it, but see that there is no Kindle edition nor is there the usual "I'd like to read this on Kindle" option. Why is this? If there is no other way, I will consider buying the the print edition, but am wondering why it is not offered for Kindle.
