The story was interesting but read more like a diary. The publisher noted at the beginning of the book that the text had been kept original so I am probably being unfair. If Marty had lived to publish it himself I am sure he would have asked one of his many illustrious writer friends and colleagues to assist with the formatting and "polishing" . A Legendary Book About a Comedy Legend This book is an amazing (and deep) look at the life of one of the most brilliant comedians who has ever lived. Fun, interesting, even touching — this is a wonderful chance to explore the — sadly — short life or a True Giant. A must.
