Courtney is funny and self-aware I am a huge Bachelor/Bachelorette fan. A friend of mine told me this book was great so I was curious to read it. It was funny and interesting. I watched Ben's season and I, like (almost) everyone else I thought she was terrible! But this book really made me change my mind. I can see how her sense of humor, looks and history made her a big target for the show. She reminds me of some of my friends who were raised in other countries where you say what you think without worrying so much about other people's feelings. I am sure the producers really took advantage of her personality . Courtney = much better writer than Andi I will admit I did not like courtney during Ben's season but I loved this book! It was funny and was written quite well. I wasn't expecting to like it so much. There was lots of dirt from the show and tons of insight on courtney as a person and afterward, I think I switched sides to team courtney. If you are considering getting this book or another more recent bachelorette's, you will regret it if you don't choose this one!. "The writing wasn't that great but it was still written well" according to Paula Joan Crisostomo. What a juicy little book to read. The writing wasn't that great but it was still written well. As a fan of the Bachelor franchise, every detail that was told in this book outside of what was not shown in t.v. gave us fans a behind a scenes peek into the world of The Bachelor. After reading this book it made me want to read other books the Bachelor franchise.
