Five Stars Christine Wilds Easy to follow, easy to learn. Doesn't get into much music theory, just gets you playing. captjraney said You will learn the basics of playing the Alto Saxophone.. This book and CD does what it is designed to do, teach one how to play the Alto Saxophone. It's well designed and gives a beginner a second course in fingering, keys, notes, etc. I would recommend this book as well a Alto Sax level one as a beginning course for anyone wanting to learn to play the Alto Sax. I AM NOT IN THE LEAST BIT SORRY I PURCHASED THESE TWO VERY GOOD LESSON PLANS FOR THE SAXOPHONE. IF THEY HAVE A BOOK THREE I WILL GET IT ALSO. VERY GOOD WAY TO LEARN THE SAXOPHONE.
