Funny, grim, touching Nick Frost was about 30, when around the turn of millenium he emerged at the side of his best friend Simon Pegg in the cult series Spaced. This was the starting point of his acting career, since then he took part in various TV productions and films. 2011 Frost became a father, and since he had lost both his parents at relatively young age (39) and therefore couldn't ask them questions any more, he wanted to record his life prior to Pegg and Spaced with this bo
