FIVE STARS FOR PAPERBACK - KINDLE: um Steven Strauss The Kindle Edition makes the book half as useful by failing to present sheet music excerpts clearly. They are the very subject of the book, and they cannot be read.I have treasured this volume over all others on the subject, but I wanted it on Kindle so I wouldn't tear my third copy to pieces as I did the first two. I can't really use it in Kindle edition, although the lilt of Wilder's prose certainly seems to survive the transition.. proves that the worthiest critic is the practitioner joel fass Lord knows there is a place for criticism in music.
