As someone who was generally familiar with the story (and certainly familiar with many of the original Lookout! bands) I was looking forward to an enjoyable, informative and nostalgic look back at this important period of punk music history.Unfortunately, this book fails to deliver on multiple levels, many of which would. Terrible Super disappointing. Was a huge Lookout fan growing up and was super stoked for this book. After I ordered it, some friends had told me it wasn't that great. "Very disjointed" was the feedback I remember the most, since it held true. I couldn't make it past the first 15 pages or so. It was written very poorly, and just jumbled.
